Processing technique
Production flow
✔ Raw material preparation:
Melting of aluminum ingots → Composition adjustment → Casting (semi - continuous casting) → Homogenization treatment of cast ingots.
✔ Rolling process:
Hot rolling (transforming the cast ingot into a blank) → Cold rolling (multiple passes to achieve the target thickness) → Intermediate annealing (eliminating work hardening).
✔ Finishing treatment:
Cutting (by fixed length) → Straightening → Surface cleaning → Inspection.
