Product Overview
The aluminium LED profile is an extruded aluminium channel made to hold LED strip lights and to carry low voltage wiring in a straight, protected run. The same extrusion family is supplied as aluminium trunking and wiring duct for organising cables along walls, under shelves, along skirting lines and inside equipment enclosures. The channel offers a flat face for light diffusion and a closed back that keeps conductors away from dust and accidental contact.

Why Aluminium
Aluminium gives a light, rigid channel that resists rust in dry indoor service and takes an anodised or coated finish evenly. The extrusion also spreads heat behind an LED strip, which helps the strip run cooler and hold a steadier light output over long periods of use.

Installation
The profile can be fixed with clips, end caps and mounting brackets, or with countersunk screws through the base where the section allows. Cut the extrusion with a fine tooth blade, then deburr the edges before assembly so the diffuser seats evenly. End caps close the run and a diffuser can be clipped over the opening when the channel is used for LED strip. Leave a small gap at each joint to allow for thermal movement along long runs.
Handling and Packing
Each batch is checked for straightness, surface condition and dimensional consistency before packing. Long lengths are bundled and wrapped for transport, while shorter cuts are packed in cartons with edge protection. Keep the surface film in place until the final fix to reduce handling marks on anodised and coated faces.
