Rectangular Aluminum Tube
This rectangular aluminum tube is made from aluminium alloy and is supplied in the 6000 series, including grade 6063. It is a semi-finished metal product used as a structural, decorative or functional part in many industries, and it can be cut, drilled and assembled in the same way as other aluminium extrusions.
Material and Temper
The tube is produced from aluminum alloy available in tempers from T3 to T8, so buyers can select a hardness that suits forming, machining or load-bearing use. The material suits extrusion, bending and machining, which gives flexibility when matching the tube to a specific project or drawing.
Shapes and Sizes
The tube is supplied in square and rectangular sections, with common sizes including 10x10, 20x20 and 30x30 cm, and other sections can be produced to order. Custom lengths such as 3 to 6 m are available on request. Dimensional tolerance is about plus or minus 1 percent, and both ends can be cut square or deburred as required.
Surface Finish
Surfaces can be supplied anodized, polished or powder coated. The finish can be chosen for indoor or outdoor use, appearance and the level of surface protection needed, so the same tube section can serve visible decorative parts as well as hidden structural parts. Anodizing gives a clean uniform appearance, while powder coating allows a wider choice of colours.
Processing Services
Value-added processing includes bending, decoiling, welding, punching and cutting. These services allow the tube to be delivered closer to the final part, which helps reduce secondary machining and material waste for customers who need ready-to-fit components. Holes, slots and mitred ends can be produced to match an assembly drawing.
Applications
Typical uses include machine frames, guards, handrails, poles, telescopic tubes and other fabricated metal parts where a light and rigid metal is required. The tube is also used for decorative and functional parts in industrial equipment, building fittings and general fabrication work.
Packing and Delivery
Orders are packed for sea freight and shipped from Jiangsu, China. Delivery time is about 22 to 30 days, and payment terms include L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram and OA.
