Aluminum Cleaning Pole Telescoping Twist Lock Type

Overview

This aluminum cleaning pole is a telescoping pole built for reaching windows, solar panels, ceilings and other high areas without a ladder. The sections slide inside one another and are held by twist lock joints, so the working length can be set quickly on site and then locked in place. Because it is made from aluminium tube, the pole stays light enough to control at full extension.

Twist Lock Type

Each joint is locked by turning the collar a short way: the collar tightens an internal expanding sleeve against the inner tube, which grips the section around its circumference rather than pinching it at one point. Turning the collar back releases the section so it can slide again. This type of lock keeps its hold even when the pole is wet, which matters for cleaning work.

Sections and Lengths

The pole is built from two or more telescoping sections, and the number of sections sets how short the pole packs and how far it reaches. Section diameters step down from the base to the tip, so stiffness stays high near the handle and weight stays low at the top. Customized diameters and lengths can be made to match an existing pole or a required working height.

Material and Finish

The tubes are drawn from aluminium alloy, which keeps the pole light and resists rust when it is stored wet. Clear or coloured anodizing is the usual finish: it hardens the surface against the grit that brushes pick up and gives the pole a clean look.
