Overview

This range covers aluminium pipe and tube made to order: seamless 6061 pipe, 6063 square tube and round aluminium tube. The three forms share the same order flow, so a project can be supplied with round pipe for fluid or structural runs and square tube for frames and railings in one delivery. The pipe is produced to order rather than taken from stock, so one run can mix several diameters, wall thicknesses and lengths.

6061 Seamless Pipe

6061 seamless pipe is extruded without a welded seam, which makes it suitable for pressure and structural duties where a continuous wall matters. The alloy combines good strength with weldability and machines cleanly, so it is often chosen for manifolds, cylinders, frames and fittings.

6063 Square Tube

Round Aluminium Pipe and Tube

Round pipe is the most common form and is used for fluid lines, rollers, spacers and general fabrication. It can be supplied cut to length, drilled, threaded or bent, and OEM parts can be made to a drawing.

Sizes, Tolerances and Supply Form

Diameter, wall thickness and length are taken from the drawing, and tolerances on wall thickness and straightness are agreed before production so the pipe fits the fitting or frame it serves. Pipe can be supplied in random or fixed cut lengths, or as finished parts with machined ends.

Surface and Quality

Tubes are supplied mill finish for further processing or with a protective anodized layer when the part will be seen or handled. Protective film can be applied for transport, and packing can be arranged to suit the length of the tube so that the ends arrive undamaged.
