T-Slot Aluminum Extrusion Profile 4545 For Frame Systems
This 4545 T-slot aluminum profile is an extruded structural section used to build machine frames, workbenches, guards and display structures. The 45 x 45 mm slot pattern accepts standard T-nuts, brackets, hinges and casters, so a frame can be assembled with simple hand tools and later adjusted, extended or taken apart. The profile is extruded from 6063 aluminum alloy, straightened, cut to length and anodized before delivery.

Assembly and customization
Lengths are cut from the drawing, and holes for end connections, panel fixing or cable routing are drilled and tapped to match the fitting plan. Corner brackets, gussets, hinges, casters and panel holders are selected from the same slot system, so no welding is needed. The customer can request a complete cut list with coded parts, which shortens the assembly time on site.
Applications
The 4545 profile is used for machine guards, automated production lines, workstations, laboratory benches, conveyor side rails, display racks, cleanroom partitions and photographic equipment frames. Because the slot is a mechanical interface rather than a welded joint, the frame can be redesigned after installation without scrapping the parts. This modularity is the main reason aluminium profile frames are preferred for equipment that changes over time.
Production capability
Extrusion, ageing, cutting, punching, tapping, CNC machining and anodizing are carried out in house. Sections are supplied in standard lengths or cut to size, and drawings in DWG, STEP or PDF are accepted so the machining positions can be confirmed before production. Small trial orders and repeat production runs are handled on the same line, which keeps the section shape and the surface finish consistent between batches.
