Perfect Balance of Light Weight & High Strength

Made of 6061/6063-T5/T6 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy with precision extrusion, our profiles achieve an ideal ratio: low density of 2.7g/cm³ and tensile strength ≥260MPa. They are 40%–50% lighter than steel while maintaining structural stability, ideal for high-rise building curtain walls, rail transit vehicles and other weight-sensitive applications.

Excellent Corrosion Resistance & Durability

Surface finished with anodizing (8–12μm), powder coating (60–120μm) or PVDF fluorocarbon coating (weather resistance ≥15 years) to form a dense protective layer. They pass 5,000 hours neutral salt spray testing without rust, performing reliably long-term in coastal high-humidity or industrial environments.

Unlimited Customization

Support wall thickness from 0.8–10mm, with over 1,000 cross-section shapes including L-shaped, U-shaped, channel and custom profiles. Equipped with CNC machining centers, we provide drilling, tapping, cutting (precision ±0.1mm) and other secondary processes to meet demands for furniture frames, automation equipment rails, NEV battery housings and more.
