Custom Aluminium Alloy Pipe from 1000 to 7000 Series
This aluminium alloy pipe is produced as seamless tube and stocked in grades drawn from the 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000, 6000 and 7000 series, so a single supplier can cover both general-purpose and high-strength requirements. Wall thickness ranges from 0.2 mm to 20 mm, and pipe sections can be supplied round, oval, square or irregular in shape, including fully custom profiles.
Temper, grade and mechanical performance
Pipe is supplied in T3 through T8 tempers with a minimum aluminium content of 96%. Hardness is quoted as hard, and the surface carries an anti-scratch, anti-corrosion treatment suited to repeated handling and humid storage. Dimensional tolerance is held to about 1% on precision items and 10% on standard extrusion, and testing can follow EN, DIN, ASTM, JIS and GB/T standards.
Seamless construction and why it matters
Seamless pipe has no longitudinal weld line, which matters where the tube is bent through a tight radius, used as a load-bearing strut or expected to hold pressure. Because the wall is uniform all round the circumference, the pipe deforms evenly under bending and keeps a circular section after forming instead of flattening on the weld side.
Surface finishes
Three finishing routes are offered: mill finish for buyers who will machine or coat the pipe themselves, anodised for a hard coloured surface, and powder coated for thicker colour coverage. Anodised pipe is the usual choice for visible structural parts, while mill finish pipe is common where the tube is welded or machined after delivery.
Forming and fabrication services
Pipe is produced by extrusion, cold drawing or hot rolling, and downstream services include bending, decoiling, welding, punching and cutting. Because these operations are done in house, curved pipe, drilled pipe and welded pipe assemblies can all be supplied ready to fit rather than as raw tube for a second supplier.

Samples, lead time and shipping
Samples are available for evaluation. Lead time is 15 days for 1-500 kilograms, 20 days for 501-2000 kilograms and 30 days for 2001-5000 kilograms, with larger tonnages scheduled case by case; standard delivery is 22 to 30 days. Pipe is packed for sea freight and can be paid by L/C, T/T, Western Union or MoneyGram. Anodised pipe is finished to order in Jiangsu, China.
