Anodized Aluminium Tent Poles for Camping, Tarps and Beach Umbrellas
This aluminium tent pole is built from round 6000 or 7000 series alloy tube and supplied in anodised condition, so the surface keeps its finish through repeated assembly and long outdoor exposure. Poles are produced as either welded or seamless tube, which lets buyers match the tube type to the load and weight targets of a specific tent model.
Tube dimensions and mechanical properties
Wall thickness runs from 0.7 mm to 3 mm, and tube length is cut to the customer drawing, so one order can cover short pole sections for lightweight hiking tents as well as longer pole runs for family tents and awning frames. Hardness is specified at HV400 and the minimum aluminium content is 98.8%, with dimensional tolerance held to within roughly 10% of the stated size.
Prebent and foldable sections
Poles can be delivered with prebent corners, foldable joints and formed ends. In-house processing covers bending, decoiling, welding, punching and cutting, so prebent and foldable sections are produced on the same line as the straight tube. This removes the need for a separate bending supplier and keeps the finished pole geometry consistent from batch to batch.
Anodised finish and colour options
The anodised layer is applied over extruded or drawn tube. Available colours include golden, natural, silver, bronze, champagne, red and grey-black, and other shades can be anodised to match a customer sample. Because anodising is carried out after forming, the finish follows the curvature of prebent sections instead of flaking at the bend.
Grades, standards and certification
Tube is supplied in T3 through T8 tempers and can be tested against ASTM, JIS, GB/T and ISO standards. Production is certified to ISO9001:2015, and both alloy grade and surface treatment can be customised to the drawing.

Samples, lead time and logistics
Samples are available for approval before bulk production. Tube is packed for sea freight, and payment can be made by T/T, L/C, Western Union or MoneyGram. Goods are manufactured in Jiangsu, China.
