Custom Aluminum Telescopic Pole with Twist Lock

This telescopic pole is made from 6063 aluminium tube and fitted with a twist lock so the length can be adjusted and then locked in place. It is built for tent poles and other tubular support applications where a pole has to extend, retract and stay rigid at the working length.

Tube, Sections and Adjustment

The pole is assembled from several aluminium tube sections that slide inside each other. Available tube diameters on this item are 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28 and 31 mm, and the number of sections is made to the customer requirement. Folded length and extended length are both produced to order, so a pole can be matched to a specific tent or frame size.

Material Behaviour

6000 series and 7000 series aluminium tube is used because it combines low weight with useful stiffness. The alloy offers high weather resistance, helps resist scratching and corrosion, and keeps a clean, elegant appearance with subtle edges. Aluminium tube of this type is also easy to process and install, which suits poles that need drilling, end fittings or custom hardware, and it has good brightness and hardness for a durable surface.

Twist Lock and End Fittings

The twist lock lets the user loosen the joint, slide the inner tube to the wanted length and tighten it again without tools. End fittings and accessories at both ends of the pole can be customized, including handles and other attachments. Custom logo printing is available on the pole, and accessories can be supplied together with the pole or requested separately.
