Overview

This customized round aluminium tube is bent to the angles a project needs and finished with an anodizing treatment. Material and Bending

The tube starts as round aluminium alloy, selected for its light weight, corrosion resistance and stable forming behaviour. Bending is carried out with controlled tooling so the wall keeps a consistent thickness through the curve and the tube does not flatten at the bend. Lengths and angles are set from the drawing or sample provided, and cut ends are de-burred so the tube is ready for the next stage of assembly.

Anodized Surface Finish

Anodizing forms a controlled oxide layer on the aluminium surface, protecting the tube against handling marks and everyday weather exposure while keeping the metallic look. Clear and coloured finishes are available, and the shade is checked along the tube so the anodized surface stays uniform across a batch.
