This 7075 seamless aluminum tube spear pipe is built for buyers who need strong, lightweight tubing together with dependable forming and joining support. The pipe is drawn from 7075 aluminum alloy, a zinc-bearing grade recognized for one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios among commonly used aluminum materials. That balance makes it a practical choice for spear shafts, hiking poles and other load-bearing tubular parts.
Material and Structure
The tube is seamless, so no welded seam runs along the wall. A continuous wall spreads stress more evenly and lowers the risk of seam-related failure when the part is bent or struck repeatedly. Outer diameter, wall thickness and length can all be adjusted inside the production window to suit the target assembly.
Bending and Welding Services
Beyond supplying plain tube, we carry out secondary processing. Bending runs on controlled tooling to reach the required angle and radius while limiting ovality and wall thinning at the bend. Welding covers end fittings, inserts and the jointing of tube to mating components. Process settings are fixed per order and inspected before packing.
Surface and Finish
Tubes leave the line with a clean mill finish as standard. Anodizing and other surface treatments can be applied on request to raise corrosion resistance and improve appearance. Every piece is checked for scratches, dents and handling marks before it is packed.
Corrosion and Strength
7075 alloy responds well to anodizing, which builds a protective layer on the surface and helps the tube hold up in damp outdoor conditions. Because the wall is continuous, the pipe keeps its stiffness along the full length, which matters for long shafts and telescopic sections.
Applications
Typical uses include spear pipes and shafts, telescopic poles, tent and awning frames, backpacking hardware and general industrial tube assemblies where low weight and high stiffness both matter.
Quality Control
Each batch is inspected for dimensions, straightness and surface condition. Dimensional checks cover outer diameter, wall thickness and length against the agreed drawing. Only conforming pieces move on to packing and shipment.
