Product Overview
This extruded aluminum T-track profile is a linear extrusion with a continuous T-shaped slot running the full length of the section. The cross-section stays identical end to end, so the slot accepts standard T-bolts, T-nuts and hex-head fasteners at any point along the track. Clamps, stops, guides and jigs can therefore be positioned and locked wherever the work requires instead of being fixed to pre-drilled holes.
Construction and Geometry
The section has a flat mounting base and two raised side walls that form the T-slot opening. The base sits flat against a bench top, machine bed or frame, while the walls give the slot enough depth to hold a fastener head below the surface. Because the extrusion is straight and uniform, several lengths can be aligned end to end to build long clamping rails without any change in fit or slot position.

Material, Fabrication and Assembly
The section is extruded from aluminum alloy, which gives a high strength-to-weight ratio, natural corrosion resistance and easy handling during assembly. The surface can be left as mill finish or supplied in a decorative and protective finish, and cut ends can be deburred or chamfered before fitting. Lengths are cut to size, and holes for mounting screws or bolts can be added along the base; fasteners are inserted through the open end of the slot or dropped in from above, then tightened to lock a clamp or jig in place. Matching T-nuts, bolts, brackets and joining plates allow frames and tables to be built from the same profile, and aluminum can be drilled, tapped and cut with common hand tools.
