This product line covers extruded aluminum profiles made from 6063 aluminum alloy and finished with a wood grain coating, so the surface shows a timber pattern while the part keeps the dimensional stability and moisture resistance of aluminum. The range is used indoors, where a warm wood appearance is wanted but solid timber is not practical because of humidity, termite risk or frequent cleaning.
The profiles are formed by hot extrusion of 6063 aluminum alloy. After extrusion the sections are cooled, straightened and cut to length, then coated before the wood grain pattern is transferred onto the coating. Because the grain is created on a coated aluminum substrate, the pattern stays in register along the profile and does not lift away from the section the way a paper laminate can.
The wood grain layer is a decorative coating rather than a structural one. It is normally applied over an anodized or powder coated base for interior use, where the part is not left in standing water or exposed to strong chemicals. A light wipe with a soft cloth is enough for routine cleaning, which keeps the grain readable over a long service life.
Aluminum does not absorb moisture, so a wood grain aluminum profile keeps its shape when indoor humidity rises or falls. It does not crack, split or host termites, and it holds a consistent cross section along the whole length. That combination is what makes these sections useful for trim runs, frames and edge details that must line up neatly after installation.
The profiles are extruded to a fixed cross section, so parts can be cut to the required length on site. Many sections include screw channels, slots or hollow chambers for joining, which allows frames and trim runs to be assembled with standard fasteners. On decorative sections the wood grain coating is applied to the visible face and the surrounding surfaces.
Sections are inspected for straightness, wall thickness and surface appearance before packing. Because parts are coated in batches, small variation in grain tone between production runs is normal for transfer coated aluminum and is not a defect. Please confirm the alloy, cross section, finish and required length before ordering so that the matching extrusion die and coating batch can be arranged.
