The Aluminum Alloy Profile is supplied as a metal section for use in structural and decorative assemblies where a consistent finish and reliable dimensional stability are required. Each profile is produced with a uniform surface and a consistent wall section, so that it can be fitted into standard mounting systems or combined with other hardware during assembly.
Aluminum alloy is selected for this profile because of its favourable strength-to-weight ratio, natural corrosion resistance and ease of machining, drilling and cutting. The material is non-magnetic, does not spark and can be recycled at the end of its service life. These characteristics make aluminium sections suitable for lightweight frames, housings, tracks and trim parts that must remain stable over time in indoor and sheltered outdoor conditions.
The profile is offered in the section shown in the specification and can be produced in the lengths required by the customer. Cut lengths, end machining, drilling and punching can be arranged according to the drawing provided by the buyer. Customised sizes and tolerances are reviewed before production so that parts arrive ready for further processing or direct assembly.
Each production run is checked for section shape, surface condition and dimensional consistency before packing. Inspections cover straightness, the completeness of the cross section and the general surface appearance, so that obvious defects are removed before shipment. Batch traceability is maintained so that the material is correlated with the corresponding order record.
Aluminium profiles of this type are commonly used for frames, brackets, supports, trim strips, tracks and housings. They can be combined with fasteners, brackets and covers to build light structures that are easy to handle and transport.
Profiles are wrapped and packed so that they are protected during storage and transport. Packing methods are chosen to suit the size and quantity of the order and to reduce the risk of surface damage in transit. Shipping arrangements and order lead times are confirmed with the customer when the order is placed.
Technical questions about the section, the available lengths or the required quantity can be discussed before an order is placed. Drawings and samples are welcome, and the supply can be arranged to match the requirements of a specific project.
