This extruded aluminum tube is made from 6063 aluminium alloy in the T5 temper and finished with an anodized surface. It is supplied as a hollow profile for conveyor production line frame systems, where a straight, dimensionally consistent tube is needed for load-bearing frames, guard rails and cross members.
The tube is made from 6063 alloy, the heat-treatable aluminium-magnesium-silicon grade widely chosen for extruded architectural and industrial profiles. After extrusion the tube is artificially aged to the T5 temper, which raises its strength while keeping the section workable for cutting, drilling and assembly. The result is a smooth extruded surface with good corrosion resistance in normal indoor and outdoor service.
The anodized layer is grown from the aluminium itself, so it does not flake or peel like a painted coating. On this tube the finish gives a uniform, low-glare metallic look and adds a protective oxide barrier against handling marks, moisture and everyday atmospheric exposure.
Because the tube is formed by hot extrusion, the wall thickness and outer shape are held consistently along the full length. That consistency helps when frames are built from many identical cut pieces: joints line up, brackets fit the same way on every bay, and assembly time on site is reduced.
The tube can be cut to length, drilled, tapped and joined with standard aluminium connectors, brackets or fasteners. It accepts common mechanical joints as well as welding where a permanent structure is required. Because the anodized surface is electrically insulating, contact points should be prepared before any earth-bonding or welded connection is made.
For conveyor line frames the priorities are straightness, repeatable cross-section and a finish that stays presentable over years of service. This 6063-T5 anodized extruded tube is produced to a consistent profile, aged for dependable strength, and anodized for a durable surface that keeps its appearance with minimal maintenance.
