    Product Structure

    Aluminum fin tubes mainly consist of two parts: base tube and aluminum fin.

     Base tube:

    High-precision seamless steel tubes, copper tubes or aluminum tubes are normally used to ensure smooth fluid flow inside the tube and provide excellent support and thermal conductivity. The inner wall is finely processed to reduce fluid resistance and improve heat exchange efficiency.


     Aluminum fin:

    Made of high-purity aluminum alloy, tightly bonded with the base tube via rolling, welding, embedding or other processes. Fin types include plain fin, corrugated fin, serrated fin, louvered fin, etc. Suitable fin types can be selected based on heat exchange requirements to expand heat dissipation area, break boundary layers and boost heat transfer performance.

    Our advanced production process ensures tight bonding between fins and base tube as well as high-efficiency heat transfer. Main steps:

     Base tube pretreatment:

    Cleaning, derusting and degreasing to remove oil and impurities, improving bonding strength between base tube and fins.


     Shaping & straightening:

    Adjust fin height, pitch uniformity and base tube straightness to meet standards.


     Surface treatment:

    Galvanizing, painting, anodizing, etc., to improve corrosion resistance and appearance.


     Quality inspection:

    Full inspection of dimensional accuracy, fin bonding strength, pressure resistance and heat transfer performance to ensure compliance.

     Fin forming & bonding:

    Extrusion rolling: Aluminum strip is rolled into fins on the base tube via special mill, forming metallurgical bonding with high strength and excellent heat transfer, suitable for mass production.


    Welding: High-frequency or laser welding to attach prefabricated fins, suitable for special shapes or thick-wall base tubes.


    Winding: Prefabricated fins are wound around the tube and fixed/welded at ends, suitable for special or thick-wall tubes.


    Embedding: Prefabricated fins are sleeved on the tube, then tightened via mechanical or hydraulic expansion, ideal for products with special fin pitch requirements.
